Order Confirmation:

After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This is to confirm that your order is received in our system and your credit card is pre-authorized for the purchase. Our system will automatically confirm that the item is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and order within 3 business days. If your item is on back order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.

Order Shipment:

The lead time for shipment will be different depending on peak times (Holidays). Most items ship between 1 to 3 business days from the date of your order. Our items ship directly from our different warehouses to your door. We found this the best way to save our customers money offering free shipping around the world, without sacrificing quick shipping times. You will receive tracking information at the email address that is provided at checkout within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. Shipping times for our products usually take about 3 to 10 business working days to receive your item. Keep in mind heavy weather or holidays may cause delays in shipping times

Terms and Conditions

Shipment terms and conditions that you need to know include:-

  • Fashionably Late only accepts a valid street address in the US for delivery. P.O Boxes, Military Post Office (APO) or Fleet Office (FRO). Our automated system doesn't allow this shipping as it requires a valid street address.
  • In order to avoid any delays, please keep a track of your order by using the tracking number that we provide. The company will not be responsible for the product once it has been delivered to you. We have an immaculate shipping record but at times the order is lost in transit. However, in this case, we will dispatch another product immediately.
  • The estimated time of delivery provided to you and any other calculation of days is based on 5 business working days (from Monday to Friday). Please note that holidays will not be counted as working days.
  • The order placed on non-working days will be processed on the first working day. Heavy weather may also cause a delay in your item shipment due date.

In case you did not receive your genuine leather product at the specified number of days, please wait for a few more days as bad weather and long distances often cause a delay by 1 or 2 days. Use the tracking number in order to track your order


Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos to for return. All shortage claims must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Orders can usually be cancelled without penalty if they haven't been shipped yet. the buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card or payment methods that is used for placing your order.


All products have a 30 Day Return/Exchange Policy Products eligible for return/exchange must be new, unused, unwashed, unaltered, unopened and must contain all original product packaging and accessories.

* During the Christmas shopping season. We permit a longer return time if you purchase the item as a Christmas gift. If he/she doesn't like it, just keep the item in new condition and never worn, you can return or exchange it after Christmas. *

Please note that we are not responsible for taxes charged by customs. Anyway, we will try to avoid any customs taxes. But for some Europe countries, they always charge customs taxes.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not accept exchanges after 30 days, even if it is for the same item. If you want to exchange your product for an identical product, you may do so within 30 days. If you would like to exchange your item for a different one, your product must be unused and unopened. RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) must be issued before any returns/exchanges can be made. NO returns/exchanges will be made without an RMA #. After we receive your request, our team must coordinate the return. Please expect additional instructions in 1-3 business days after your initial contact with us.

Refunds(If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please note that the you are responsible for making these arrangements and for paying for any additional costs such as shipping insurance or postage, etc.
